We are currently looking for Senior Java Developers to join our team in Ahmedabad India, join our high performance team engaged in architecting, developing and delivering Java based distributed applications. . Job Description: Senior Java-JEE Software Developer Location: Ahmedabad, India Job Type: Fulltime Required Technical Skills: 5+ years of strong experience developing web applications using Java/JEE Extensive experience with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Log4j, etc. Experience leading module design & development using agile methodologies and RUP Experience with XML technologies Experience in application server clustering, performance tuning and scalability testing In-depth understanding of framework design and architecture Required Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience leading daily scrum meetings (highly desired) Experience mentoring and leading development teams Experience in and willingness to do project documentation “Onsite” experience in the US, EU, Australia or Singapore (Desired) Ability and willingness to travel to the US for knowledge transfer/training if required Education: BE or BTech in Computer Science or a related discipline from a reputed institution (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization,MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization,MCA - Computers) Desired: Masters in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline Experience Required: 4 - 9 Years If interested, please forward me your resume to padmaja.ayyagari@ishisystems.com with contact and availability details for immediate consideration.
