Introduction : A subsidiary of Grasim Industries Limited ,Rajashri cement owns the largest cement manufacturing plants in India with three independent production unit aggregating a capacity of three million tons per annum with a turnover of 1200 crores(USD).The Malkhed Plant has implementer full lifecycle SAP HR module with 4.0V.The work involved in present rollout is upgradation from 4.0V to 4.6cV with CIN 2.0V
Position : Junior SAP HR Consultant Role : As a consultant responsible for AS-IS model study to design and develop personnel administration, personnel development, enterprise structure and organizational management and Personnel structures as TO-BE Roll Out. Analyzed and reviewed all business processes, user procedures, system tasks, reports and authorization profiles to fit the new requirements. Implementation support of Human Resources Module which included working on existing configuration, customization and maintenance. Interaction with users to define new requirements. Provide functional specifications and guide the developers while developing and customizing the product according to the client’s requirements. Worked as a business analyst and involved in a fit gap analysis of current status with a future enhancement of the organization. As a economic Roll-Out reused the entire component of present organization management with extra structural changes.
