Scope SAP implementation at CDAC Noida to replace the existing manual maintenance of Employee Master data, Time and Payroll data with automated maintenance of Master data, Time Management and Payroll, by implementing the PA, Time Management and Payroll modules in Human Resources SAP R/3 and to configure and customize the processes and Maintenance of relevant HR Master Data.

Organisation: Was working with Regal Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., a part of a Rs. 450 Crores Indian Business House with interests in construction, communications, air-conditioning etc. Regal is an IT services company functioning in areas of facilities management, ERP implementation, optimization, and management, and in remote processing with a current capacity of 360 seats over 3 shifts.

Job Profile: The job entails actively seeking, counseling, and recruiting trainees for our continuous requirement of medical language specialists, and personnel at other managerial levels. Having been a part of the company since its inception, I have counseled and inducted about 70 employees at various levels of management. I was also responsible for the daily operations related to the company including payroll management, client liaison, invoicing etc. In line with our company’s belief in nurturing multifaceted employees, I am also in part was seeking and developing new vendors to support marketing efforts in US, provide assistance with recruitments and training on an ongoing basis, and subsequently monitor productivity and facilitate communication between vendors and US office for day to day operations.

The most relevant of all skills, that I personally treasure and value, is the ability to interact and connect with people, understand their implicit and explicit needs and desires, and to meet them without they being expressed. This also allows me to develop client relationships that are not based on day to day variations but are long term in terms of sustainability and preferential with all other things being equal. Coupled with a strong desire to run things as “they ought to be run”, makes me feel apt for the position.
