Description: The main objective of the project is to design and implement a packet sniffer and analyzer, which captures a packet and analyzes the data in the packet. It detects the attacks such as buffer overflow and denial of service attacks. 2. Major project (M.Sc. SE) 6 months Full time 10th semester. Titled: “Implementation of Profile Based Routing Using SDRP” Environment: C and Linux. Description: The main objective of the project is to design and implement a simulation of source routing mechanism, which should incorporate map distribution and route selection by a client of a network rather having switches in a local area network using Source Demand Routing Protocol. 3. “Lab Maintenance System” Environment: Java along with COM technologies. Description:. The Lab Maintenance System includes the components Lab details, Night Lab registration, Class details, Administration details, System details, Query Repair and Service Details. The components can also be reused in some other related system. 4. Bitmap File Viewer Description: This Project was taken to gain expertise in assembly language programming for a period of about 2 months. Implementation of a Bitmap picture file viewer using 8086 Assembly Language Programming. 5. Online Test Tool Environment: Visual Basic 6.0 and Ms-Access Description: The aim of the project is to simulate the online test operations which includes question generation and evaluating the answers. The project was taken to conduct an online test on C&C++ for the technical symposium ‘CYBERFEST- 2002’. Education April 1997 Matriculation K.G. Matriculation Hr. Sec.
