It will be useful for sending and receiving mails from other mail-servers. For sending mails SMTP server has been used and for receiving mails POP3 server has been used. Final year Project: E-Phone About the project: This project acts as an interface between telephone and the Internet.In the absence of the owner, it answers the telephone calls automatically by playing Prerecorded messages stored by u and it also records the message for u from theOther end. It sends that recorded message to your mail-id. It contains three major modules. Module (1): Call Detection & Handling Description: In this module the call placed for u will be detected automatically, if not manually. Using jtapi1.4 package with core java has done it. And also the Call will be answered automatically by playing the prerecorded audio file. Then the message from the other side will be recorded as an audio file in the specified folder. Module (2): Sending Mail Description: In this module the call recorded for u will be sent as E-mail to the specified mail-id. Using javamail1.3 package with core java has done it. A third-party SMTP server can also be used for this purpose. Software Used: J2SE 1.4.2_03, Java Mail 1.3, JTAPI, QK SMTP server, Xtapi. Other Activities: Have won an intra college Quiz Competition.
