During my internship, I made a software for them “Fair Price Shop Software”. This software was made to manage all the records and bills of employee on monthly basis. Software has credit and debit facility and finally money was detected from payroll. Initially they had old system database was made in Cobol which was not user friendly. The software I made has proper GUI, I used VB6 at front end and MS access at backend One Year final year project experience There is a module in our course in which I had to make individual project. I made a HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM as a final year project. Brief intro of my final year project is given below HRMS is the ideal software package for the management of Human Resources. For example, government, semi government organizations and small/ Medium Enterprise (SME). HRMS is the essential component of any organization. I designed this software especially for Human Resource Department which includes employee information coupled with their history maintenance, education and experience. Meant for complete life cycle of an employee, it also keeps record of all the activities like reimbursement of staff salaries, attendance, allowances, compensations and a lot more to be explored by organization. My Hrms is client server Application. Software is divided into 3 modules 1- Employee Information System (EIS) 2- Attendance Management System(AMS) 3- Payroll Management System (PMS) Tools and technologies used 1- SQL server 2000 2- VB 6 (visual studio 6) 3- Microsoft Data Reports 4- Rational rose 2000 5- Windows.net Enterprise Server Placement of Objectives As an individual, I have understood the concepts valued in an organization.
