Team size : 7 Environment : Oracle 8.0, Active Server Pages, D2K Description : Data Acquisition: The software is capable of fetching raw data from attendance readers such as biometrics/optical/barcode/magnetic/proximity card systems/Smart card readers; communication is made through RS232, RS485 and MODEM & TCP/IP. After processing this data it is stored in Database (any sort of Database).This system also contains Shift schedule processing and Muster processing for employee. Front Hand:- As according to clients requirements we are using Active Server Pages, D2K and Visual Fox Pro etc. as front hand Modules related to the software: Shift generation for general and rotational Shifts. Attendance modification module where user can analyse employees extra hours, total hours, late arrival, early departure etc. Can change the shifts if employees have changed not come according to the shift timings, or swap the shifts etc. It suggests the shift according to the raw data available. Create and issue memos to the late comers, Early Departures etc.... Graphical representation of attendance per day through Charts based on the attendance generated Online Collection of time events. Offline Collection of time events And Time Setting/Hotter (Siren) Setting/Uploading employee details to reader. Employee Muster Processing (prerequisite for Payroll).
