The architecture uses the TCP/IP, which is stream based connection and Intranet Voice Mail Protocol (IVMP) to transfer the sound file across the network. If two persons of same job wants to communicate, They have to use network services ie, they have to use public domain which threats loss of message or message hacking especially in terms of mails.
