Implementations of external memory organization using I2C Description: The wireless asset tracking system consists of two sections. 1. Wireless Asset Tracking Unit (WATU). 2. Control Centre(CC) The WATU (wireless asset tracking unit) is a GSM-GPS based asset tracking unit which identifies the location using GPS technique and transmits the information with the help of GSM network. The WATU can easily be attached to any object that is to be monitored. At CONTROL CENTER we have a GSM modem attached to the Computer through the serial interface. Project-2 Worked on maintenance (Software) project Digital Water Level Recorder for water Resource Development Organization (WRDO), Karnataka Irrigation Department from April 2004 to Aug 2004. Project - 3. BI-Led (Flip) display system Duration : June 2003 to January2004. Team Size : 3 Platform : MS-DOS and Keil compiler. Hardware :AT89C52,MAX232C,MAX485,MCP3202(ADC) Tools : Universal Programmer,Keil compiler & Tornado Language : Assembly & C Involvement Analyze User Requirements, Hardware designing, Implementation of RS-232C serial communication. Unit testing. Description • This system accepts input from the 8 Channel ADC & enroutes the 0-5v output to the Microcontroller. After Signal Conditioning, the Microcontroller transmits the respective process parameters like Temperature, Humidity, etc., to the flip display system. After the completion of displaying the process parameters the messages are displayed through RS-232 interface, programmed by the user. Project – 4. GSM based display system. Duration : September 2002 to April 2003 Team Size : 4 Platform : Turbo C Hardware : Conexant GSMDM-100DB GSM Datamodule, SIMCard,80c320,ds1225Y(NV-ram), 28C64B, MAX- 232C, Dot matrix display Tools : GCC compiler, Universal programmer Analyze User Requirements, Hardware designing Development of software Implemented initialization of gsm module using AT command and serial communication using rs-232 protocols &designing of display target board Unit testing This system mainly based on Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) module. The systems will accept the SMS (Short Message Services) from different mobile phones through SIM Card and display the same SMS message to the dot matrix moving display system. Here we are using some GSM (AT) Commands to receive SMS.This project is developed for Chennai Railways. Project – 5. Foreign exchange rate information system Team Size : 3. Duration : May 2001 to August 2001 Platform : MS-DOS,Turbo C & KEIL Compiler Hardware : 80c320,DS1225Y,MAX232,28C64B PIC16C54 Tools : EPROM Programmer, Microchip’s MPLAB. Language : Assembly and C Involvement Analyze User Requirements, Designing hardware, Implemented the RS-232 serial Interface &designing of target board Software development Unit testing Description • This system designed for MUSCAT bank for foreign exchange rate display system through rs-232 serial interface communication. • C programming is used as development tool for editing foreign exchange rate information and transmitting it to display system. • This unit helps the Customer to see the latest updates of foreign exchange rate. Project – 6. ELECTRONIC TENDERING UNIT Duration : April 2000 to June 2000 Processor : 16F74 (RISC Microcontroller) Compiler/Debugger : Microchip’s MPLAB Size : 2 Involvement Design&Development Hardware Project co-ordination Unit testing Description Used to Display the Price Fixed for a specific agricultural Commodity at APMC.
