Practice included American-German mergers and acquisitions in the chemical (€ 200 M,) mechanical engineering, and finance industries, international trade and tax law (offshore entities), bankruptcy, intellectual property, insurance, commercial litigation, and defense counsel in white collar crime (customs and excise.)
