Launched ITC Software.com, the Advanced I.T. Solutions' business unit of Access Solutions, Inc. in December 2002. Spun off operations as an independent legal entity in Greenwich, CT, in July, 2003:

Built a world-class capability from zero to currently over 4,000 I.T. software engineers and scientists in 73 centers on four continents.
 

Developed ITC's global outsourcing business model, negotiated partnerships, drafted agreements, implemented marketing strategy, and designed its brand.
 

Also launched the ePersonnel consulting business unit of Access Solutions for I.T. professionals in 2000: IT-Careernet.com consistently ranked within the top 15% of most visited sites on the Internet.
