case involving Singaporean parent company and manufacturer of memory
chips (SIMM modules) of DM 12 million plus customs and tax evasion
proceedings as well as banking fraud involving US$ 200 million.
1993/94 :
Restructuring Project: Analysis of corporate structures
of a mid-sized German trucking company. Final report recommended
restructuring of key business processes, identified and
addressed means to eliminate hidden cost-factors, and overhaul
of accounting system. Report led to injection of funds by
shareholders, increased
share capital, and salvaged firm.

Marketing of Licensing Rights:
Organizational assistance to a Swiss client arranging an athletics
tournament in Moscow, including world-wide monitoring of participant
applications and comprehensive research, negotiation, and assistance
regarding international marketing of license rights for television
transmission and video production.

Establishment of a German company for US client and subsequent management
of substantial financial transactions.

Telecommunication: Advised British-American client
wishing to undercut the German monopoly in international long-distance
pricing.

Electronic Banking: Counseled American client wishing
to launch a new business in the field of electronic banking.

Telemarketing: Complete set-up of inbound telephone
marketing operation in Germany for an overseas client in seven days,
including premises, installation of dedicated telephone system,
recruitment, tuition, and subsequent supervision of phone operators.
Together with UK operation, GBS managed over 50 per cent of total
turnover of thirteen European countries.
1991 :
Re-import of Computer Hardware: Assisted client
with re-importation of computer hardware from the USA via Frankfurt
to Brazil. International distribution channel included logistics
in Germany and was designed and implemented to benefit from international
tax and customs regulations. Conducted market survey for the same
client for the retail and wholesale of personal computers in Germany.
1989/91 :
Marketing Engagement in Textile Industry:
Initiation and development of a major distributor network
in the CSFR for a Hong Kong based textile manufacturer and exporter,
including setting up of a sales office in Frankfurt, recruitment
of salesmen, monitoring of transactions, processing all orders,
invoicing, and banking.
